Tiara was wonderful, very helpful. I stopped in today to close out my storage. Jeri was wonderful on checking me out, went smooth. One comment, employees should get a discount on their storage.she mentioned she had a storage unit and I asked her if she gets a discount, she said no. I think that's wrong. If I need to store my stuff again, I will come back. Great employees.

I like the site, but I did not get online payment instructions so when it came time to pay it was frustrating... Eventually by research I learned that you have to make an online account to be able to pay online... Then I was able to do so. but the local people didn't know this and the online system had a button to pay that led you to a place to pay, I tried to get a password but nothing happened and no note came up saying you have to register first , yes it makes sense, but no it doesn't as I had assumed I had already registered.... You can't talk to a corporate person dealing with paying online and the local people didn't know how it worked... Catch 22.
