These guys are great!!! I needed a hitch and bike rack for my van and I reluctantly traveled here from Stamford because no one else could help me out for a month. I think I would actually go there to do business again because they were so helpful and did a GREAT job very quickly. I was so surprised at how fast they got it done! I was out of there in no time. I saw employees actually jogging through the store to help people! I've been enjoying the bike rack so much that I'm just getting around to writing a review.......

There's a five star team at the U-Haul Facility of Hamden. Each of the staff members were helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgable. They answered questions and provided top notch assistance which made me feel valued as a customer. The level of service and professionalism definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall this was a positive experience and I would be happy to use this facility again.
