Stowaway Storage

The manager Ray was very helpful and not rude at all. The storage unit was decent and the right size. I left furniture in the unit and was not sure if I would be able to get it because I worked to get everything out before my last day, but it was very hard. I called to speak with someone in the office because I had been charged and did not realize why. It was my fought for not reading the fine print on my contract. The the woman in the office that answered the phone was very rude and very obnoxious and should not work in customer service at all. She stated that I should have rad my contract and of course I should have been charged I left furniture in the unit. She did not let me get my question out before she started raising her voice. She was very short, and if she did not put the manager on the phone Ray she would have started cursing. I was going to recommend this storage facility to my co-workers who were looking for storage units, but I don't think I will.
