U-Haul Moving & Storage of Aurora

Worst customer service I have seen in years. I am choosing to spend more money to go elsewhere. I must admit that before I managed to shop elsewhere, the manager made things right.

Phoned twice on 7/31/17 to request hitch order and installation. Was told all would be ready on 8/7/17. When I arrived at proper time I was told by manager that there were no parts ordered and there was no one there to install the parts if the parts had been there. I waited a week for nothing. This is not poor service, it is no service at all.

My husband went in to reserve a truck. 3 people were working 2 woman and a man. The guy was already outside and when my husband went in the 2 ladies that were inside went outside leaving him in there alone saying nothing to him. He waited awhile and when nobody came to help he went out to find the 2 women smoking and didnt even bother to help my husband. Crappy service and to get in and out of there is a pain in the neck. Wont ever go there again. Not worth your aggravation.

Set up a reservation for a tow dolly for one, was told it would be available. Arrived and told it was damaged and couldn't be rented. Spent 30+minutes with customer service you find out it was incorrectly marked on system and was fixed but a local dolly. Customer service did not do anything to remedy situation or dissatisfaction.

Good rental place. Always very busy when I go there. Which usually means a line.
