Paula was awesome with support during the move out. Used storage for 4 years and always found it clean and well kept. Our unit was non-climate controlled. Never has issues with any pests/mold etc. Highly recommend! Important thing to note- the rent change on annual basis and there is not much one can do about it - initial rates may be teaser.

Paula has been incredibly helpful to me in my transfer today. She went the extra mile on everything and got me the best price. I have been storing my things here for 3 years and today this transfer cut my costs in half! Thanks Paula!

Daniel was very diligent in contacting us about our storage unit not being secured. When I spoke with him at the facility I told him he is the only person to have contacted us about it. Our unit was not properly secured for at least 2 weeks by mistake.

Very bad service ! Kelly was very rude and flustered with everything. She was more concentrated on leaving for the day then to help me with informing me with the proper information on my rental agreement. The worst service I ever had. Safe guard is a lot more helpful and friendly.

I had to move out even before I completely moved in - because I didn't like their system for cart use. They have three carts that are chained and locked. To get the key, you enter the office and present your driver's license. When you are done, you return the key to the office and get your license back. There is only one person working the office and that person takes a half hour meal break, shows units to new clients, helps people outside the office, etc. The first time I needed a cart, I waited 10 minutes for a key. The second time there was a 25 minute wait. That's when I knew this was not going to work for me. I moved to a new storage place and have not had this problem, as they do not lock up their carts. If you bring your own hand cart, you can alleviate this problem but if you can't, prepare yourself for a likely wait.
