I have a storage unit for over ten years. The owner has been a pleasure to work with. The location well taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Although the facility is ok, they really need to work on their customer service. When we signed our contract, we were given a free month. However, they cannot change the contract date in their computer system so they manually changed it on the paperwork. Well, about six weeks later, we received a notice that our account is delinquent and they added late fees to our account.
We called Kyle (the owner) about this matter. He assured us that he would look into the matter the next day when he was in the office and call us. He did not call us back. We called him back that evening to inquire why he did not call us. He sheepishly admitted we were right, that we did receive a free month, and we were not delinquent. If he took the time to look up our account, why not call us back?
