Metro Self Storage

I've been a customer of the Batavia Metro Storage for quite some time and although the employees there and I have had our ups and downs I got to say bottom line that they are very helpful and polite group to deal with. For example, I just recently I did a transition at their facility and they were able to help me tremendously make that transition as smooth as possible. Very kind very friendly service. If I ever had to recommend a storage facility to anybody I would definitely recommend them.

This was my first storage experience - and you couldn't find better! Mike had excellent knowledge of space options and pricing. I was impressed to learn that he had been with the company for over ten years. However, I was truly amazed when he called to let me know that my locker had not been secured correctly. He noticed this when he was walking around the facility and his call came within less than 24 hours of a recent visit. Kudos to Mike for his sharpness, professionalism, and genuine concern for keeping security tight. If I ever need storage again, Metro Storage will be my only stop!

Todd was completely unhelpful. He wouldn't give me his last name. He wouldn't even allow me to review the lease for the unit. He kept arguing with me about how insurance issues and how you couldn't do anything in the units. I own a construction company and deal with contracts on a daily basis... any company or employee that isn't allowed to show you their lease terms is sketchy!!!!

And why do my rates keep going up? All your doing is watching my stuff and paying employees and air conditioning.

What a great storage facility! Been with them for years. Good variety of choice - various sized units, climate controlled or not. Prices are always on the low side of competitive. I've especially appreciated the 24/7 'round the clock access to my units. Other places have restricted hours. There have been times when, at 3 a.m., I've wanted/needed to retrieve something from storage and been able to do so. Management has changed from time to time over the years - always helpful and friendly. Thank you Metro Self Storage - Batavia : )
