I choose this uhaul location over all others. There all polite and are ready to help in anyway, wich makes the whole process much smoother. And on top of it all the truck was nice and clean and ready to load.

I was in a terrible mood when I arrived-they looked after everything well. I felt much better about things when I left due in large part to their professionalism.

I had no issues with my service everything went as planned.
I had a break controller installed and rented a trailer great experience.

Cheap trucks and trailer rentals for moving or whatever. Cheapest trucks to rent in Ontario.

Literally the worst service I have ever received. They have no idea what they are doing and the screw up your reservations. When asked what they will do to help us, the general manager basically told us to screw ourselves and figure it out on our own. No offer to call the call centre or the store our truck was actually at. The email we had, had the wrong truck size and address. I would give no stars but there's no options for that.
