Needed a place to store my stuff in between closing dates; Migson had exactly the size and accessibility I needed (ground floor drive up, no hallways or elevators required). I didn't need a full two months, so they worked with me to make sure I was only paying for the time I actually used. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, will absolutely use again for any storage requirements!

**EDIT: Follow up - the customer service team for this specific location followed up with me after seeing this review, and I'm glad for it. She addressed my review and personally dealt with my concerns / issues. Given the positive outcome from that communication, I've chosen to fairly update my review, because I appreciate the effort and relationship between customer and company. Shoutout to Jenny _______________________________________________________________________ There was one month they locked me out of my storage unit, understandably because I mixed up my payment date, but they forgot to remove the lock and the following trip (somewhere near a month later) we were locked out still. I addressed this in the next phone payment, and they removed it then. Now i'm being charged interest because they have dropped their grace period for payments, but I haven't received any notice or change to my lease. In fact, I was told they havent done this for a FEW MONTHS, although my past few payments have been made during this grace period, so that was confusing for me to believe (when I was made aware of this, I was within said grace period for a current monthly payment, so lucky them.) I dont think I would be as annoyed if I could just arrange a pre-authorized payment through my mobile banking, but they dont seem to offer that and instead told me I have to phone in or physically drop by. Two stars because they are providing the service I am paying for, but now I am starting to consider if these surprises are worth even that.
