I stored my things there for 9 mths. The receptionist is always pleasant... The issue is 80% of my items were destroyed by mouse feces. Management said nothing could be done about it. She also said another unit also made complaints a week prior to me, they thought it was a faulty door - clearily the mice went through other units also. Anyone with items there currently may also be paying them to destroy your property. I paid them over $600 to destroy my items. After letting them know I was told to use "sanitary wipes" to clean my things... Safe yourself the hassle and throw your things out rather than spend money to have it destroyed.
