These folks were extremely helpful and kind when I had move my ailing mother's  stuff into to temporary storage. Had no problems with mice or anything else, just great service!

This is the dirtiest storage unit I have ever seen.  I had family who needed to store stuff there temporarily.  When we went to move the stuff out the unit was obviously infested with mice.  The couch had holes in in from where the mice went in and the was mouse feces all over.  When I mentioned it to John he said well there's nothing he can do and demanded we take the mouse infested couch us as he wouldn't dispose of it.  He had a very arrogant attitude and when I mentioned I would be leaving a bad review he said somewhat you want it's your proagative.  Worse experience I've had.  Avoid this place at all costs.
