Worst experienced of my life. We had to move basically a whole house in about 3 hours and the truck they gave use was the right size... But had the engine light on, busted lock so it wasn't secure when driving, the truck's heater wasn't working so it was a freezer, and when we called them back to sort things out they simply asked us to get road side assistance. And not to forget this place is always busy and hard to move around in. Probably the worst Uhaul location ever.but I do have to add the manager did resolve the issue almost immediately. So he saved the place from getting a 1 star

A standard U-Haul location. Staff are helpful, but it is always busy. Arrive early. Very early. 'Guaranteed Booking' is B.S. Call ahead the day before to verify. On my visit, the person in front of me could not pick up the trailer they reserved (the booking was re-directed to another location). For my reservation, it the total price came up to more than twice the amount quoted online - they had to manually adjust everything. Fortunately, I was early....but it took the person in front of me 20 minutes to get their issue resolve, and it took me about the same amount of time. Only one person to help everyone, and quite a long lineup behind me by the end.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Most of the staff is rude and inattentive. I frequently use this location for trailer rentals and I dread it every time. I would use another but it just wouldn't be convenient. I realize it isn't the easiest business to be in and that can result in an immediate poor attitude but just smiling really can make all the difference.

VANS DO NOT FIT UNDERGROUND PARKING. I rented a van oline. When I pick it up I confirmed that it would fit in underground parking and that we had a 2-wheely in it as per agreed. After I left, I realized I didn't have a 2-wheely so I give them a call, they assured me this thing was supposed to be at the back and I must have "missed it". Then, got home, NO 2-WHEELY and van does not fit in underground parking. very incovenient trying to find secure parking in the city, overnight for a van that doesn't fit underground.
