Migson Public Storage

The staff were extremely helpful and actually showed a lot of compassion for my situation, and to be honest that's what really sets Migson apart from other storage facilities I've been to ( and now I wont go anywhere else!) They take the time to really listen, and I left feeling heard. Thanks again guys! I highly recommend :)

Casey and the staff at Migson storage were friendly, patient and helpful answering my questions about storing my car. The price was very reasonable and I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with them while i was away. Highly recommended.

Well maintained units, helpful staff (Casey, Paul and Gary) and well plowed throughout the winter. Never had an issue and the rates are good.

Running a great con job here. A customer here for 20 years and in the last two years they have randomly changed the monthly rate, claimed to notify when never did, then claimed to not have our latest phone / address which has never changed (while still claiming they sent mail). Then we visit and the guy on site (claims he has to talk to manager and it turns out he is manager) who needs to talk to Head Office. Two month later they return a phone call and "confirm" our rate is $100! per month higher than what they actually charge on our card - higher than what they list on the website. Then insist we owe base+late fees for the TWO months it took for them to call back to settle the final bill. AVOID THEM AND GO TO ANY OF THE MANY ALTERNATIVES NEARBY.
