I have been a long-term customer of this facility at Warden and St. Clair area (15+ years). And have referred multiple people to this facility. This month I closed my unit on the 8th if June. I was on automatic pay and my rent for the unit one out on June 7. After calling and notifying them that I had vacated the unit and asking for a refund of the remaining balance on my account. I was notified that they do not refund anything except a full month. If it was a full month, then it would never have been billed,because it was canceled. So another words they just don't do refunds. I find this practice to be totally unfair, because they will rent out the unit to someone else and in doing so they will receive double the amount of rent for that unit for the month of June. This is not the first problem I've had with these new owners. Never before did I have any issues with access storage. Since the new owners of taking over the place smells very musty and mouldy. Everything in the building smells now. All you have to do is walk in the side door to find this. I also waited almost 3 1/2 months for a check for referrals. Then I had to fight for it, because they said because the address was the same as the person I referred. I was not eligible for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And I'm sorry to say that because I have already recommended it to at least 11 people over the years. But that was before the new owners.

It's an okay place, with the exception that it takes a while to get to the bathroom, and to the elevator when it's on the wrong floor.

On the first day there dropping off my stuff, the gate was not working and we couldn't get in. Called the "emergency" number and they were no help, no one showed for hours or called back. Poor customer service.

Rude dishonest staff, place stinks to high heaven, and major rodent problem. Stay away!!!
