This place needs renovation or something. It looks like very old and dirty. Sorry

I have been with access for approx 2 years, staff wonderful, very clean, however,  when it comes to pay, always take it on time, howeve, in the period of approx. 4 days, 2 payments were taken out. I contacted them, they checked it and fount out that the april payment was processed March 30 in error, they also took a payment on April 4th. accounting asked for proof that it both came out of my account. that was provided April 6, I sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the 2 payments coming out. Here we are April 11, and still not resolved. I am less than happy. I keep calling the site and a very nice young lady is doing everything she can by contacting her Manager. I really can not understand the delay in refunding me. No hesitation on their part. Its not cheap I am paying $308.00 per month.
