The place is adorable and you can tell there is love put into every corner. We got pizza. Good sauce, good crust - overall great flavor! But a little too much cheese for me. My son loved that part, though! Overall...really good. We’ll be back.
Must try! Very good Italian food at a great price and the staff is super friendly. Every dish I’ve ordered so far has been delicious! Amazing lasagna and meatballs. Highly recommend! Go now!
Great place! Small dining area inside, but fantastic looking patio. But we are here for the food, which was fantastic. Had the Pollo Limone, and some Chianti and it was everything I could hope for. I will be back!Food: 5/5
Arancini- about the size of of golfball. So crispy on the outside which is hard to find. Stuffed with a little gravy and cheese and served with marinara. Only down side was the marinara was cold, hope it was bc it was served Covid style Togo container. Vegetable Lasagna- super hard to get a good bite bc it all slides apart so I was glad we got bread to put it on top of. Very cheesy and delicious, just needs something in it to add more structure. Meatballs- just got the side of them to go with the vegetable lasagna, so good! Will be back to try a mestball sub soon. Eggplant Rollini- My girlfriend %100 Italian got this and was slightly disappointed. Not sure if it was again bc of Covid style serving, was a bit soggy. For her taste it needed a bit more breading and fried with light gravy or on the side. Darn dagos are so picky lol.
Food was excellent. Came out hot and delicious. The owner is the sweetest person ever. Gave me a blanket to keep because I was chilly! Will be back with my whole family soon! Thank you for such a great dining experience. Definitely eat here!
There are honestly not enough stars for this place. The food was amazing and the staff were exceptionally friendly think of a long lost Italian relative welcoming you home. The restroom is next door, but who cares, because this place is really that good. Only a few tables, but all the better as it made for an intimate and personal experience. Also, did I mention the food? We didn't even get to the main menu because the specials were all so unique and tempting. Homemade pasta and sauces, as well as freshly toasted bread for dipping so you don't actually have to lick your plate. Everyone in the northwest Chicago suburbs should check out this gem!
The atmosphere is amazing, best patio in the western suburbs! I had the salmon in lemon sauce, only five or six capers in the whole dish, and the bread basket was skimpy. Our food came out hot and ready pretty quickly!! Would recommend!!
This is the epitome of a neighborhood Italian restaurant. Though the inside is very small seats a total of anywhere from 12-16, the food and service is excellent. They started us off with a complimentary order of cheezy pizza bread. All the pasta and dishes are homemade. I had the Eggplant special and it was excellent. We were given a complimentary order of tiramisu as well. The owners were fantastic, funny and down to earth. This is a must visit!
Owner is fantastic! Great food! Meatballs were amazing. Definitely a place to enjoy eating alfresco, but there is some space inside to enjoy in the cooler months. Check them out!Food: 5/5
The food was tasty, but the pasta in my dish was overcooked and mushy. Prices aren't bad for what is offered, but serving it in plastic takeout containers spoils the experience. There's better Italian places. Won't be going back.
