I bought gift certificates from someone going door to door for this place for me and my mom. It was for 4 treatments, and each one you had to go a separate day to get done. The treatments were ok, but they try to upsell you on everything. My mom got a manicure and she said it was extremely awkward, they didn't tell her she had to pay for shellac, which she should have assumed. At the end they made her pay for the shellac, plus tax on entire treatment, and forced her to pay a tip stating it was mandatory. On the gift certificate it stated tips were not mandatory, and the fact they were forcing her was the reason she did not want to tip. It was her first treatment of 4 and she didn't go back for the other 3 because of her experience. The shellac also wasn't done well and chipped quickly. Of course the certificates were non transferable. I did not have as bad an experience as her, but I didn't finish my treatments either due to inconvenience of having to go 4 times. This was a few years ago, maybe things have improved.

The Best experience ever. You are great. I used  Venus Freeze for my face tightening. The most pleasant treatment.
