Worst customer service ever!! Have never seen more rude staff anywhere. They lied through their teeth about my cancelation and for over 3 weeks i was calling to see if the travel insurance was cancel but some rude women there was keep telling me they haven't had the cancelation yet meanwhile the insurance company had already cancelled my policy. The women up at the front thinks they own u and have bad attitude towards clients, they have no idea about a customer service. Beware before you enter this place.
Service is quick and efficient. Friendly office.
