Everytime i go there I'm always waiting. For example i went there to cash my check and there was 3 tellers behind the counter. One was helping a customer another one was walking back and forth like she was lost and the third wasn't really helping a customer she was giving the guy directions. So i walked out.

I will speak on THIS branch only-yesterday i gave a family member my account to do a deposit ONLY. The teller gave my family member my entire balance available!!! WTF!!!! Complete violation of privacy-someone is about to hear about this upon opening!!!! Trustco as a whole...not a fan, who deposits cash into an account and it has to clear in 2 days??? Cash is Cash its VALID??!!! I understand checks etc, but come on CASH???
