Lie to me repeatedly when trying to set up a home loan. In store rep.s blame back office. Calling on the phone for help is useless. I would leave if it weren't such a pain to move my accounts.

The branch folks are good. Carol was very helpful, however, the corporate office quickly destroys everything she fixes. Hitting yourself in the head with a hammer is more satisfying than calling customer service. They will lie to you, send you a letter that they were wrong, than charge you unreasonable fees repeatedly.
