Trumansburg Family Dentistry

I really miss Dr. Regnier. He was easy-going and did excellent work. His staff is/was great and knowledgeable and really knew how to put you at ease. This new guy apparently got his education by a mail-order "university" in Guam since his Assistant had to tell him everything! For example, as he is starting to put a drill in my mouth she says, "Do you want to put a cotton roll in there to protect the tongue?" This was the case with every single thing he did; she had to tell him what to do. Pay HER the big bucks because she is the only competent person in the room! I just got a quote from them for over five grand of work. I wouldn't pay this guy $0.25 to wash my car. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Sad, because the staff are great. But this guy doesn't know your mouth from a hole in the ground!

Just had my first appointment with the new dentist that took over Dr. Regnier's practice. I found him to be very nice and totally competent. I will continue my dental care with this office.

Double check that your insurance is accepted before your service is completed. You will be given different answers so be diligent.
