My first appointment here was a consultation for tooth bonding. They got me in on time, the staff were very courteous, and Dr. Kapur was very engaging and well-informed.
The second time I came it was to have a teeth cleaning. My most recent cleaning at a corporate dental office left me dissatisfied and I was hoping for something better with Fall Creek. They did not disappoint as their thorough cleaning included removal of all of the stains that had been concerning me. The hygienist also checked pocket depths, which my previous dentist's office did not do routinely with my cleanings, and consistently checked to make sure that my 7 months' pregnant self was comfortable in the chair.
Overall, a great experience both times I have been to this office.

If I could give ZERO starts I would. I had a very negative experience here from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I left. When I called I was told my insurance provided FULL COVERAGE. I even called back to be sure that was correct and the woman at the front desk assured me that it would be COVERED IN FULL. Granted I understand it is my responsibility to know what my insurance covers but why would the person at the front desk assure that it would be fully covered without that knowledge???
When I got there I said I ONLY WANTED A CLEANING because I had already had x rays within the last year, and haven't been experiencing any symptoms and was just in need of a general check up/cleaning. They said it was up to the dentist or the dental hygienist if that was okay or not.... I should have left right then and there, seeing as though it is MY CHOICE and I was paying for the service. But I unfortunately stayed, wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was told I NEEDED X rays even though I did not want them, just as I thought, they came back fine. It is the patients choice what to have done and the dental hygienist pushed me and made it seem like it was absolutely necessary just so that they could make more money...
I proceeded to endure the roughest cleaning I have ever experienced. The dental hygienist was clearly in a rush. She spoke very fast and rushed through my appointment. Someone even came in to the room when she was in the middle of my cleaning to let her know that the next patient was ready and sitting in the chair next door... As the hygienist looked up to listen and asked if he was getting antsy she proceeded to shove the tool she was using down my throat where I then started coughing and gagging... When I left my gums were bleeding and throbbing in pain which has never happened to me leaving the dentist... Needless to say I will never be going back to fall creek family dentistry and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience so no one has to go through what I went through.

I am so surprised to see bad reviews. I have been a patient since they opened their office in 1996 and have had only good experiences with both Dr. Kapur and Dr. Mauleon. I have no complaints - no waiting ( I do ask for early AM appointments), love my hygienist, office staff have always been courteous and helpful.

I come from a family of Dentistry and have been using them for years since I moved here. My kids actually enjoy going!! Today I went for a chipped tooth and she fixed it perfectly. The Doc is ethical, professional and a nice person. Staff is on the ball and very welcoming. Highly recommend as a Dentist. A++.

My experiences with Dr Mauleon have been nothing but wonderful. By contrast, my experience with Dr Kapur has been awful. I'd recommend Fall Creek, but please ask to be seen by Dr Mauleon.
