I had not been to a dentist for many years until I recently registered at Aspen Dental Care as I had an issue. Right from the start I was greeted with a warm, reassuring and professional welcome from the receptionist, which made me feel confident. Dr Jay Patel and his assistant Tayo were brilliant, really explaining what my issue was and how it would be dealt with. I'm really happy I chose Aspen and would definitely recommend. I have been visiting Aspen Dental Care for over 4 years now, and it has been an amazing experience each time. When we visit a dentist, we are usually in pain and bit apprehensive about how things are going to go. With Aspen Dental team, you are always greeted with a pleasant and smiling staff Barbara or Bineeta on the reception who brings your nerves down. Dr. Jay has a very consultative approach where he explains all your options to you with pros and cons, and Tayo's attention to details on what's needed throughout your procedure on the day gets everything done in time with no surprises. I will always recommend Aspen Dental practice over others that I have visited in the area in past 4 years. Best regards Nilesh
I had an excellent service by Jay Patel and his team. They fitted me in for an emergency just before Christmas and while he was also recovering from an illness. The problem I had was corrected and the job well done.
Aspen do not take new NHS patients unfortunately. Their website is very misleading. I have contacted them today to advise this should be removed from their website
Brilliant dentist for children. My toddlers felt very comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend to other parents!
Dr Patel saw my daughter when no other dentist would. He understood how sensitive and aware a 16 year old is about the look of her teeth. Him and his team were kind, professional and we couldn't have had a better experience. We recommend Aspen Dental Care wholeheartedly. His receptionist and nurse are both lovely too, making us feel safe and special.
I have only good things to say about Aspen Dental, the team listen and accommodate for all needs. Each visit has been a positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to any nervous patients.
During lockdown when I was in despair and great pain from infected gums Dr Jay and his team quickly brought my condition under control and laid out a course of action to clean and prevent future problems. The professional attitude of this dental practice is something I rave and recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

I am an extremely nervous patient at the dentist's and have trouble finding the right doctor to look after my teeth. My dentist at Aspen Dental Clinic was extremely patient, a great listener, understanding and helped me relaxed. He did an amazing job and his assistant was really adorable with me. I went twice and the second time was even easier . I really recommend for people who suffer from anxiety just thinking of going to the dentist's.
