Star Dental Center

Called the wk before & spoke to the dentist himself, who scheduled me for a 1st time appt. When I showed up for my appt, I was asked if I was sure I had an appt because the dentist had surgeries scheduled all day. I told her yes & I knew I had the date correct & had spoke to the dentist himself. She then went to ask the dentist about it- he was very rude about it to her (while working on another patient even) and then I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half because he wouldn't be free until then. I wasn't apologized to at all for their obvious mix up in not writing my appt down. I had driven 25 min to get there, and after seeing how run down the place was, and how they treat people, I decided I didn't want to ever be a patient there. I felt their customer service was horrible, and I was very disgusted at the entire experience & place. I wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone. It wasn't professional at all.

They are amazing staff and i absolutely love them 💙 he is always honest and if he can't do something he directs you to the right place

My kids had a change in their insurance so we had to switch dentists. I'm very picky when it comes to their providers. We adored our old dentist and I trusted him when he referred us to Star Dental. We weren't disappointed at all. The staff was wonderful and the dentist was great with the kids. Especially my little ones who were very apprehensive about going to a new place. I'm very hard to please, but they did an amazing job.

Expierence was good. Was my 2 year olds first time at the dentist. When she was 1 she saw a dentist at wic but this was her first time at a actual dentist. Just a check up and a clean and before he did any work at all he let her plau with tge tools so she knew it wasnt going to hurt. She wasnt scared at all after that

The dr. Needs to retire. He is old and the office is run down. The patient ahead of me was throwing up very loudly. He couldn't pull my tooth. Sent me elsewhere.
