True REST Float Spa

From the moment you walk in, the staff treats you kindly, and seem to genuinely care about your personal experience. My first visit, they explained everyone so well, and walked me through it all- you don’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable in the slightest. The floats are so relaxing and soothing. They only get better as you do more. I love this place because I am so busy and hectic everyday, and this forces me to stop, and relax, and just breathe. You will surprise yourself with the places you go when you float- it’s awesome!

Thank you so much for putting true rest In the Cleveland area. As someone who knows all the benefits of floating Ive been waiting for a place to float at the level of true rest. Best experience you can give to yourself! After floating I feel rejuvenated! Life is great!

Such a unique and relaxing experience that I would recommend for all to try! Where else can you go where you can have complete silence, complete darkness (or if you prefer soft colored lights) and skin temperature surroundings to just be with you and yourself? Unfortunately, up until True Rest there has only been one other place to float in Cleveland however there are quite polarizing reviews in terms of its' cleanliness so I didn't want to risk trying it out. These tanks are top of the line in terms of features (choice of mood lighting or complete darkness, ability to play your own music, ease of entry/exit, wide door as to mitigate against claustrophobia) and are very much unlike many of the tanks that look like glorified coffins. The facility and tank is pristinely clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They walk you through the whole process before your float and you have the ability to communicate with the desk staff while your in the tank should you have any questions or concerns. I can't wait for my next float!

I wasnt sure about this initially, but I'll try just about anything once. I had my first float the other day and I really enjoyed it. I was concerned I'd feel confined or something but it was very freeing. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and was very much like a deep meditation. I started with the lights on but quickly went to complete darkness. I was able to focus on my heartbeat and breathing and quiet my mind (something that seldom happens). I slept amazing that night and was very focused when I woke up. Very pleased!

In pitch black, total piece, they blasted my eyes with a huge jet of epsom salt water. No warning, no music, no nothing, just the salt in your eyes. And it BURNS A LOT. If you want your eyes burned go there. This was my 4th float and I don’t know if i’m going back there. Too scary. Additionally, the last time I was there the towel smelled of mildew. Just doesn’t seem sanitary. Nothing compared to the salt in the eyes.
