It was one of thee best events I've been to thus far this Holiday Season. Their event was such a very classy one...like I truly expected it to be. The ambiance was just simply fabulous. Great Folks, Food, Fun & the decor was breathtaking! Way to go Spa West!

SCAM ARTISTS. My wife made an appointment here for a partial highlight. She said PARTIAL several times while making the appointment over the phone. Her stylist ended up doing a full highlight (after she asked him for a "touch up") as well as a "glaze" while never once mentioning this to her and never once mentioned the cost of this service. What she thought would be an $80 appointment ended up being double. Spoke to the manager who was completely unhelpful and offered us a whopping $15 salon credit. Completely unprofessional and wrong- never going back. They lost my business!

Great variety of services offered here. One of the few facilities in Cleveland that offers multiple relaxation rooms and sauna with every spa service. Getting into a robe before a spa treatment and being pampered by expert staff set this spa above the massage parlors in the area.

Got my first deep tissue message at Spa West with Glenn and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend!

You'd think that a place of this "caliber" would have customer service second to none... well that's the furthest from the truth for this place. My gorgeous Wife got a gift card for Mother's Day this past May and was finally able to schedule an appointment to get her hair cut and colored. Through a family member she was referred to the services of a stylist named Cookie who she made the appointment with. Upon arrival she stated that she was there for a cut and color with Cookie, in which they told her that she had been switched to someone else (normally this would be an okay occurrence if it was busy, but when she asked why and said that she was referred to him and would like him to work on her hair, they rudely responded with no explanation). After getting settled in with her very unkempt stylist Pete, he did nothing but insult her. She was very uncomfortable with him to begin with, but he didn't help his cause by basically making fun of her hair. Mind you, this is a very well put together woman who takes care of herself but rarely has time to treat herself to things like this. Then when showing him what type of cut she wanted, he basically scoffed at what she was showing him and said that he didn't like it. She is the type of person who rarely complains but felt the need to say something yesterday. So when the manager was called and my Wife plead her displeasure to them, she was told that they didn't know what they could do for her and didn't even apologize. Her hair was cut horribly and she walked out with no color. For what this place claims that they are, and the actual type of "luxurious" services they provide couldn't be a further distance apart from each other. This was a very easy situation to rectify and make better, but every party involved did the exact opposite....
