I've received one deep tissue massage and multiple facials from Sacred Hour in Lakewood and each time has been great! The ambiance is relaxing and very unique. Maureen was my esthatician for my facials, she came highly recommended. Based off my skin, Maureen recommended the SuperGlo facial. It's amazing! I highly recommend it. I look forward to my future appointments at Sacred Hour!

My favorite place to get a massage! The ambience right when you walk into the door is soothing. Every massage therapist has been amazing! You really get a sense of being taken care of and pampered. I great place to spend some time and forget about everything that you want to forget about.

I have had good experiences at Sacred Hour in the past and was really excited when I called on Monday and they were able to book me for a 75 minute deep tissue massage Tuesday for 3PM. I arrived at 3PM to find no parking available, found street parking a block away and walked in before 3:05. I was taken to a peaceful area and told to wait for my therapist, about another 5 minutes. I then went to the room and changed, and waited about 5 minutes for the therapist. She started at 3:15. I have been told in the past by spas to arrive a few minutes early. They did not tell me that on the phone nor in my confirmation email. On the phone she said "I will see you tomorrow at 3:00". I would have happily arrived prior to 3 if she needed to start at 3. I assumed the 75 minutes would start when she started. My 75 minute massage ended after 60 minutes. It wasn't deep tissue at all, medium pressure at best. I asked for special attention to be given to two areas, and told her my back could have less work as I get it worked on at my chiropractor's office regularly. My back got more attention and the two other areas were not given much time at all. As I was getting dressed after the massage I noticed that the sliding door has a small crack in which people from the hallway can see into the room. The facility is really nice, but when looking to relax and not worry about anything, I think I shouldn't have to worry about people seeing me change before/after. I paid with my debit card and by the time I got to my car I had a notification of an overdraft fee from my bank, then a notification that $122 was deposited into my account from Sacred Hour. They charged me twice, I incurred an overdraft fee, then they corrected it immediately. I paid a total of $155 for 60 mins rather than 75, and medium pressure not deep tissue. I will not be going back.

Sacred Hour has built a wonderful, relaxing space. I would highly recommend it.

Really relaxing couples massage. Husband said it was hands down the best deep tissue massage he's ever had!
