Lynette Sciulli Day Spa and Salon

Huge waste of time!!!! Looks like a cute little spot at first. Then you notice the dog in the salon....booked a massage as a birthday gift. Embarrassed when they "couldn't find the appointment in the computer". Rescheduled for the next day, well the massage therapist became ill and had to cancel. Was already on the way there.... The owner didn't even really offer an apology. Had an "oh well" attitude. Requested a refund for the massage and the spa day I had purchased. I'm sure there are other businesses in the area worth patronizing. Don't waste your time at Lynette Scuilli!!!!!!

Tried a second time to go here, after they messed up my first time. Had a really nice, salon gel with a wonderful, precise manicurist. Enjoyed my time and will go back. Glad I gave them a second chance.

Kind of think the people that left nice reviews were paid to do so. Honestly the worst shellac manicure i have received. I figured since booking the manicure was such a pain and they were "so busy" that maybe this place was nice and they were genuinely busy. Air bubbles in the nails, a fuzz in a nail, the shellac is bumpy and uneven (how, just how). She did not shape the nails well at all and my nails had been shaped days prior, so how it was messed up I don't even know. She didn't trim my cuticles and after a few days they have already started to peel, mind you, I haven't done anything that should have messed up shellac. The only reason I'm giving one star is because even though the conversation was very inappropriate, she was kind of nice and I can't give 0 stars.

I bought a groupon for a all day spa package. Called to schedule and they said at least a month it would take for them to squeeze me in. Said I would have to call them back to let them know what date. I've called them twice and have yet to receive a call back. I have to wait forever to receive service and to make it worse they arent even calling back. Making it even longer for me to get service. Hoping groupon will give me my refund because this is ridiculous. UPDATE:::::!!!!!!!!! After having them call once to reschedule (which wasn't a big deal, I get it people get sick. Just that time of year) received my massage and mani. Both the ladies I had. Michelle and patricia...we're great. Patricia gave a great massage and Michelle was very nice and did a great job with the mani. Took a long time to get in but experience was overall great. Will be returning and recommending. Thanks!!
