Love this place! The decor is beautiful and the owner is very personable and has a good sense of humor. I'd recommend the services from this salon/spa to anyone.

I first came to the salon as a walk-in, fall 2016.  This was the best pedicure I ever had, hands down (feet down?). The massage was excellent, the polish lasted, and the scrub thing removed all rough spots on my feet (I keep my feet in excellent shape, but still). I also had an incredibly beautiful hair straightening. My hair looked beautiful for a week, and I loved it, even though I personally can't take the time to do it regularly, I would do it again for a special occasion sometime.  I don't live very close by, but I can't wait to go again the next time I am in the area!

My parents just went there for There anniversary they really did not like it .. they said horrible experience the girls did not know how to properly do a massage for there couples massages .. she said all they did was rub...  and when they did pedicure and manicure barely touched there feet or hands didn’t even cut there cuticles.. really sucks because u go in expecting something good and the experience was not good at all especially for the amount of money we just spent there .. not worth it at alll dooooo nottt recommend this place at alllll ... so upset

Beware of these scammers, from the owner to the workers, their so called massage therapist are un-license and dont know what the hell they are doing, same girl did my pedicure again no idea what she was doing, didnt even know how to turn off the water jets in the pedicure tank. their towels were filthy and stained, dont waste your hard earned money on this fake place, i should have read the reviews first!! i have call the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology to have them investigate this so called spa. Update I called the Ohio State Board of Cosmetolgy and just over the weekend received 5 complaints of this business, they are taking it from here. Warn your family and friends of this place.

I see a lot of dishonest, hateful, jealous people writing malicious reviews to retaliate against this business/owner that  are not valid at all. If further investigated you will find out they are using fake names and or have never done business with La' Saj Spa & Salon. Previous employee(s) that were bitter for being terminated etc. made the majority of these negative reviews and or got their friends to post some of these as well strictly to retaliate. If you ever have been to this business you would not agree with these poor ratings at all. Young people that were trusted acted very unprofessional posting many of these bad reviews unfortunately.  If you met the owner and her staff you would know immediately deep in your heart that these negative reviews were untrue. Carlitta  the owner will go out of her way to help anyone. She would make an effort to correct  anything wrong as well. Shame on the individuals who left negative reviews about the owner...they took her kindness as a weakness only taking advantage of her because she wears her heart on her sleeve. Carlitta is mother striving to raise a young girl and earn a living and goes above and beyond for many people. You will not be disappointed for doing business with Calitta and her staff at La Saj Spa & Salon. I personally highly recommend the place and you will too if you give them just one chance to earn your business too. Truthfully if you knew Carlitta and this business you would know what I am talking about. She gave rides to employees who did not have transportation and employed people giving them a second chance that nobody else would hire because she has a huge heart of gold and does not discriminate. Carlitta would give you her last and the shirt off her back if you needed it. It is so sad and unfortunate to see such childish behavior after reading some of these reviews. Sure a couple or a few reviews may be legit however nobody is perfect and we are all a work in progress. Look at all the good reviews... the business must be doing something right! May you too find the real truth like I did and not go by these inaccurate bad reviews. It nearly  brings tears to my eyes to see how cruel and hateful some people can be. Again, give this business a chance and you surely will not be disappointed.
