Tru Pet

My neighbourhood pet store sold me two dwarf hamsters that turned into 8 a bit later. Tru Pet was horrified and took full responsibility right away. I returned them all yesterday to get the situation corrected where we keep 3 including kids' favourite, after they've all been gender specified.

Very friendly and helpful. I go in once a week to buy my dog food and their shelves are always well stocked.

I ordered a topper for my dogs to enjoy on their regular food. It was a way of seeing how it would work. However, the package was sent via the postal service, and they said it wasn't deliverable and sent it back. So, I communicated with TruDog to send it again. This time was sent via the postal service again and they said they delivered it, but nothing showed up at my house. TruDog wrote me an e-mail saying it was between me and the postal service, and that they wouldn't send anything else. So my question is this, who is going to pay the credit card company???
