Fluffy' Spa

Friendly service and amazing work. I would highly recommend this place to other pet owners. The staff took great care of my dog and groom him exactly how I want it. He always come home happy after his doggie spa day! Thank you Fluffy Spa! 😁

I brought my dog in for a full bath. The staff were friendly and professional. As per the staff's recommendation, I chose the de-shedding shampoo option to get out all the loose hair stuck in her (she's a husky). My dog came out clean, loose hairs all gone and her coat smooth. The staff were able to get out some wax stuck in her left ear that the vet couldn't clean out. I requested a butt trim if she needed one, but the staff checked and said she isn't due for one yet, so they saved me some money where possible. My dog went in scared but came out happy! She is normally very irritable after a grooming appointment due to her hatred for blow dryers, but I guess she enjoyed the drying machine here! Would highly recommend this place!

I have been a long term customer of Fluffy (bringing my golden and toy poodle for grooms). They do amazing job on bath, style, cut and general maintenance. I recently adopted a new dog, German Shepherd Mix, and this is my SECOND time bringing him and he came back with a large razor burn near his private and other deshedding brushing cuts all over his body. He started crying/whining when he got into the car and he didn't eat well for the next few days. I would say if you have a large dog or a dog that requires extra brushing from shedding, DO NOT BRING THERE. I also paid $85 dollars for this groom, this price doesn't even require a full haircut, will likely try another salon. Update to your response Feb 10th: I have attached picture to where it can be visible, there's these little scabs all over him on his head, behind his ears, top of body and behind his forearm. As you described him, he is a very happy dog but after coming to groom with you he didn't have good appetite for a whole week and the scabs started to form slowly. When I booked the appointment, I had already mentioned I would not be able to pick him up until 4pm-5pm and you suggest that I drop him off a 1030am.

Took my bejan shih tzu in today . For the first time . He had tangled and matted hair .. he need to be cleaned. , groomed, and nail trim.. he has an attitude when you try to groom him . Yet this place did an amazing job with him . They are the best will go there again . And will recommend to others. Before and after pic are posted .. he is sooooo happy
