In last two years I've taken my dog to this branch for grooming the charge was $49 to $52 tax included but yesterday when i went to pick up my dog I was charged $64.44 ,I asked why the charge is so high all of the sudden they said because on Friday is $4 dollars extra I asked is still big differences between the charge before and now they said price has gone up as well I asked why you didn't say it when we made appointment, Friday is more expensive and price is up after new year and so on ....... what is different between Friday and other business day maybe Saturday or Sunday as a holiday but I've never heard for Friday!!!! I paid the $64.44 I told to their face (groomer and cashier)you are loosing business if you rip off your costumers when your business is SLOW! YOU WONT SEE ME AGAIN HERE. After I get home they sent me one picture of my dog and a coupon for next visite to make my feels good about their cheat so I want to say I dont need my dog's picture for $12 or $ 13 dollars extra I see my dog everyday!!!

I have a really picky dog and they always help me select food and treats agree likes. 5 stars.

Customer service is very poor. The sale prices don't even apply to you unless you sign up somewhere. They didn't even have enough patience to explain to me where exactly I sould sign up. Definitely not coming back there especially with the many other pet stores around.
