Took my dog in for grooming to this pet smart location and I will never do that again. I paid just over $100 for the worst groom my dog ever received. First of all they barely cut his hair. I’m used to going to the stockyards location in Toronto where they always do a fantastic job. His cut is uneven and they missed a lot of spots. He was supposed to have a sanitary cut and they barely did any of his underbelly. He was also there for 4 hour so how they did such a terrible job is beyond me. Also they lost his tags, he went in with them and than not any of the 10 staff they had working in grooming could find his tags. I have never seen such disorganization. There is no consistency between pet smart locations but I would rather drive to Toronto for my dogs grooming service than ever return my dog to this location. Save yourself the time and money and find another groomers for your dog because this pet smart store cares more about getting your money than doing a good service

Always clean and organized, but not the best stock. It seems they run out of canned food quickly and take a while to receive more inventory. I've never had an issue with customer service but I normally visit during quiet hours.

I come here at least once a week with my dog. She adores petsmart! They always have different specials going on, great return policies! And very friendly and helpful staff!
