I used to work at this location, I was a pet hotel associate (doggy daycare attendant). I quit after a week and a half of being there. The staff I had to work with were ridiculously rude, and extremely unprofessional. They treated some dogs better than others and everyone had favourites. I understand you can have a better bond with some dogs over others, but you should treat all dogs with love and respect. Whenever a dog would bark while sitting in their cage, the employees would kick the cage and yell to stop their barking. (After witnessing that, I quit). They would give certain dogs more treats and attention than others, again favourites. PetSmart also leave all dogs in a cage, and when it's time for daycare, the dogs are required to do their business on the floor of the daycare where there are 15+ dogs playing. They do not see the outside AT ALL. This leads to bathroom accidents inside your home because daycare at PetSmart is teaching them its ok. It's disgusting. When you leave your dog for days for boarding, they're in a cage and what looks like a dark basement from the 80s when they're in daycare. Don't let the bright daycare room they have visible for customers fool you. The daycare rooms in the back where the large dogs are, is tiny and dark. You can't even toss a ball and play properly cause all dogs trample each other. Dogs need fresh air and daily walks, and PetSmart DOES NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. The employees literally yell at the top of their lungs at some dogs, it was a joke. I would NEVER RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR BELOVED DOG HERE. I am unbelievably passionate about dogs, and have since moved on to another reputable doggy daycare in Richmond Hill which is 110% better than PetSmart Hotel will ever be.

Richmond Hills largest and biggest location of Pet Smart brand store. With huuuge variety of items anything and everything. Wide range of different products. Definitely an A+ store for products for pets. Experienced and we'll qualified staff

I used to buy all of my girl's food and litter here and it was a great place for a few better options.

Really nice and helpful people working there. I went to scout out a pet for a first time pet owner. Found out that they don't have dogs in the stores for customers anymore because canine need a lot of space that the stores don't have. Which is understandable. But they do have cats for adoption and when asked, they were happy to let me have some first hand interaction with them. Answered my questions and gave me additional information when needed.

well stocked with brand name products, reasonably priced and quite a few items usually on sale, also grooming service provided
