The food at Triple O's is the burgers you'd get at White Spot, and as White Spot burgers are pretty good, I recommend the burgers and milkshakes here.Food: 5/5
Food is always good at Triple O's but it is overpriced. Two chicken burger combos with upgraded side and fountain drink is $40. Staff was lazy and not welcoming. Place was completely empty at 17:30 but five of the six seats just inside the doors were dirty. Sauce, salt and crumbs, dirty bicycle wheel prints on the seat, a dirty rag right on the table. When my food was brought over the employee didn't make eye contact or say anything, he awkwardly pushed the tray at me, it clattered across the table. It was odd
October 2023: We have always had great food at this location. We got 2 chicken burgers, Parm fries, and 2 regular milk shakes, it was $50, a little higher than we expected but everything has gone up. The meal was excellent, the staff was friendly. The drive thru is long box crew box friendly, we only had to back up once .
The place was clean and the service was timely. Those are my two stars. Beyond that, it was all mid. Quality of food? mid. Mushrooms were rubbery and cod was greasy. Fries were over-salted. Fountain drink dispenser was broken so I couldn't mix my drink, which is excusable but still annoying. Friendliness of staff? mid. Felt like the cashier was really set on making everything a combo even after I specified that not everything was a combo. Atmosphere? mid. Ceiling was an industrial grey, walls were an industrial grey, tables were an industrial grey. I've stated that the place was clean; in fact, it felt sterile. Like a Freshco with no food in the shelves. Like a greyscale A&W, with less than half the character. Like a warehouse-turned-lunchroom. I have been to Triple-O's in Kamloops, one of those restaurants that's connected at the hip to a gas station convenience store. And I know for a fact that my experience there had twelve times the heart of this isolated establishment in PG. I don't know how any employee can work here and stay sane when I received psychic damage from the decor alone. The milkshake was good though.
I would give it triple 0 stars if I could. Way too expensive, took forever to get my food, I was missing two fries and dips for my two orders of chicken tenders. Wife's burger was burnt, and our soda tasted like the syrup had run out. Never going back and telling everyone I know the same
Triple O's has improved significantly since my last review. It's back to fresh fries and fresh burgers that have been consistent every time my husband and I have gone for dinner. The service has improved significantly as well, since the woman started working there. It's quite delicious now.Food: 4/5
I've been to various Triple O's in BC and this one was by far the slowest, rudest staff, and their food didn't taste as great. Would not go here again if I travel through here in the future.Food: 3/5
Great tasting food and so much care with special orders that are gluten free. Thanks so much! You are all amazing Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
The fries tasted bitter and flavourless, their burgers did not only look like they got it from the garbage but it tasted so dry, their milkshake barely tasted like anything, the strips that I got were crisp but I only had three little ones in there and last but not least I feel like I’m about to burst do not come here unless if you want to waste money or be upset and write a bad review too.
A little on the expensive side but lovely food. A faster version of the more traditional White Spot with the same quality but mostly just the burger side.
