Absolutely terrible service. They drowned my sandwich in sauce and when I asked them for a new one they refused and were going to charge me for a new bun. Both the manager and supervisor were extremely rude and I definitely recommend avoiding this place at all costs.Food: 1/5
I always enjoy my Whopper combo with onion rings. The food is usually good, as is the service. The last time I went my milk was partially frozen, but the manager was kind enough to get me a new milk. My fiance said her Sprite tasted off, so maybe there's a problem with their machine. The floor was also very sticky, which is concerning for a restaurant. However, the manager said she would get someone to mop the floor, which is good. I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it's a fast food place, so it's not going to have the atmosphere of a nice sit down restaurant. Overall, I'm satisfied with this restaurant Parking: Thr parking lot is shared with a restaurant, a takeout pizza place, and an MLAs office, but there's usually plenty of parking, all free.
Went here mid August 2023 with my son, as we don’t have a BK where we live. The restaurant was fairly busy with drive thru, dine-ins as well as drivers picking up to deliver take out orders. The manager on duty didn’t catch his name was friendly, polite, speedy, and literally addressing everyone with a smile, while running his butt off! While they did make an error by forgetting to add cheese & tomatoes I requested for my chicken sandwich, when I went up to ask for them to just add said items to my burger, he promptly made me a fresh new burger, and brought it out to us. As a manager in retail myself, for the past 10+ years, even I will use this guy’s positive attitude as inspiration. I went back to PG for a day trip yesterday. My friend & I visited this BK and as I was telling her about this young man, I saw him! Working hard along side his team. I told him about my prior visit last month and how he left a positive impression.
The supervisor lady at 10th avenue bk,is terrible with her service. Doesn’t know how to communicate with the customer as she have hell too much attitude! She must be reminded that customers satisfaction creates better service and satisfaction to the customers at least!!!Food: 5/5

went to get 2 double bacon and cheese whoppers without anything but the beef bacon and cheese, they messed them up and had us wait 10 minutes, and then when i got to my hotel they got one of them right and the other wrong, the mayonaise and mustard made me wash my mouth out with soap. if you ever go to prince george, keep going to the next town and avoid the fast food places.
The food is ok, but nothing to write home about. Stick to the onion rings and you'll be fine.Food: 3/5
Food was hot and staff was great. I stopped going to this location because I always got barely warm burgers. The last 2 times were great and the assistant manager was Awsome!Recommended dishesCola and Whopper
When you try to order a mix and match as a meal as stated on the drive thru advertising and the attendant is clearly in a "supervisor" shirt says she cant do that it raises the question if once again this Burger King isn't one of those "Participating" restaurants in the Fine Print.Food: 4/5
