0/10 Was our second attempt at a birthday dinner. Served a raw burger. Server said she would take it off the bill... was already a free burger. Never refilled the drink of the birthday person who was served the raw burger. When we ordered we told the server that we wanted no lemon due to allergy on either order of fish and chips, yet one came with lemon anyway. Was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Used to be one of my favorites now this is the 3rd time in a row. 2 of 4 bathrooms out of order.
Went in for a bday dinner. The server was lovely and very attentive. She dealt with issues I had with the food and boxed it up for me since we had to go. Unfortunately the fries weren't fresh and were over salted. I also didn't get the usual bday sundae nor was it offered : Maybe they don't do it anymore? The restaurant also needs a serious refresh. Booths were torn and the seats worn out and uncomfortable.
Great meal at Red Robin's this evening. The onion rings tower is a must have and I've never been disappointed. They have a nice crunch, flavor, and leave you wanting more and more. I also got the clucks and fries which was also great. The fact Red Robin's serves bottomless steak fries means I never leave hungry and always feel I get my money's worth. Will return to Red Robin's again for sure!
This is a wonderful fun family atmosphere . Such great kids serving there! Happy and fast, food is creative and lots of it! Best of all prices are not out of this world high, rather reasonable. My server, Janie was the very best! Vegetarian options: They seem to have various options for different eating methods. Dietary restrictions: Thru seem fery kind in regards to duet restrictions ir allergies. Parking: Lots of room easy to get in. Kid-friendliness: Want hegore on sons bday, his buddies were all 13, they had a blast! They loved the fancy drinks and the sporty atmosphere.
Lunch here was adequate, atmosphere was ok, service was poor. Our waitress wasn't very good about coming around or thinking to ask if I wanted a drink refill. I also feel it would be nice if they asked if you had a preference of table ...we were seated among a fairly busy spot in the restaurant and I would've preferred a quieter table as most of the restaurant was empty Ms Fancy Level 7 Google Reviewer
They were out of a few things, but the staff were very accommodating and offered lots of menu alternatives. Food was delicious and came out fast. Good value for the price. A great kid friendly restaurant. Taffy our server went above and beyond and was super patient with our kiddos.
Best burger, fries, shake, and fish & chips I’ve had in years. They also do bottomless drinks & sides, which is really rare these days. One of my new fav places to eat
Really friendly and fast service. Catching up with customers during the stay. Fish an Chips are good, baked pitato soup are excellent. If you like it sweet, try a smoothie. Good portion size. Bring a big hunger, you will not be disappointed. Our second stay did cost the 5th star. Refills had to mentioned several times, steak fries not fried well. The Burger was okay, but didn't reach the one displayed on the menu.
We went to the restaurant Sunday late afternoon , restaurant was quite empty . we got seated on the right side of the restaurant . The hostess was great , waitress took our order , asked for the bottomless fries as starters , we didn't get that . the food came , no cutlery . finally got her attention for the cutlery . we ordered soda and lemonade , waitress never came back to check how the food or the drinks were . we looking for her attention to get refill on the drinks and we never got the attention for refill of the drinks . it seems like she purposely ignores us . We waited half hour to get her attention so at least we can pay and go home. The waitress never showed up after giving us the cutlery . Red Robin is our fav restaurant but the service we received was soo bad and very disrespectful and waitress seems like she doesn't want to serve us for some reason .We ordered Bottomless fries as appy blackened chicken burger whisky river wrap soda Freckle lemonade.
