Tribunal administratif du Québec is a government entity based on nepotism practices and funded by the tax payers of Quebec. Best advice is to avoid their collective group of useless energy and file any serious complaint at the Superior Court. There's literally no oversight of the TAQ's employees besides their own judgement, as they adhere to personal bias favouring themselves and disregard the how the law is interpreted by real judges in Canada. Furthermore, TAQ judges aren't recognized as practicing judges outside of their own TAQ administration and they're just tasked with lowering the burden of the actual real court system in Canada. Lastly, the TAQ's employees at best are collectively interns, law students, and lawyers acting under the TAQ policies pretending to be judges for matters they will decide on personal whim while not able to interpret the law in any serious capacity that courts in Canada would respect. Please avoid and file your complaints at the real courts.
