I recently visited the Longueuil courthouse and found myself facing a significant delay. The process, particularly the paperwork handled by the clerks for pushing through a bond, was unexpectedly prolonged, resulting in a wait time of over four and a half hours.nnWhile I understand that legal procedures can be complex and time-consuming, I believe the efficiency of this process could be greatly enhanced. One potential solution is to increase the number of clerks available, which could expedite paperwork processing and reduce wait times for visitors.nnDespite this, I found the staff to be professional in their conduct. However, addressing this issue of understaffing could significantly improve the experience for many who rely on the services of the courthouse.

You could have all of the proof laid in front of the judges and they don't even take the time to look at the documents, your case gets dismissed there is no law being upheld in this building. Complete farce on our rights and the law which doesn't exist there...

I've been here to look up public records a couple times, and the software they use is ancient. The staff in general is quite useful, however. Both the people behind the counters and a nearby guard helped me figure stuff out.
