Trees Organic Coffee Yaletown

Friendly staff. Excellent coffee and great selection of teas. I also like their baked goods. Have only tried the muffins and scones which were very tasty. They have cheesecakes and wraps which look great but I haven't samples them yet!

Great overall experience. Coffee was decent. Price for a large is $2.75, not bad but not amazing. For fancier coffees it seems like staff knows what they are doing. Not many spots with a proper power outlet if you bring a laptop. Pretty quiet though, so nice place to get some work done. Prices are a bit on the high side but are evenly matched for the area.

I've been here a few time. Always had average experience nothing special. But now, everything here is awful. The cheesecake is always hard and lacks flavor. The mint barely tastes like mint. The blueberry tastes like the blueberries are rotten. The chocoholic takes so much work to CHEW. Cheesecake should not be chewy, it should be smooth and creamy. The employees at different locations I been to, have told me that the old owner of Trees (Doron) sold the company to a young chinese couple. Apparently, the cheesecake is not organic and it's only the coffee that is organic. Which I don't believe either, because their coffee tastes sour now. Don't come here guys you're wasting your money. Cheesecake etc. is better. Breka's cheesecake is decent but like 3 dollars cheaper per slice compared to 7 dollars for a rock hard slice of cheesecake.

Overpriced cheesecake honestly. 7.00 for such a small slice and they keep them for up to 14 days bfor throwing them out. They don't even put them up for half price anymore. This place is just trying to rake up more profit.

Good Cheese Cake and coffee. Not much ambiance.
