Travelodge West Yarmouth Cape Cod

Best price you can find in Hyannis, rooms are so so, you can smell cigarettes. customer service not bad. The neighbours were so noisy after midnight.

We celebrated our 6th anniversary at the Travelodge West Yarmouth and it was an awesome experience. First, we met Patrick their customer service rep. He was so warm, pleasant and very friendly. We made a great connection as we found out almost instantly that he's from our island home Jamaica😎 Our room was neat and comfy. It had a microwave, refrigerator & a.c. unit. There's also an indoor pool but we didn't have time for the pool due to our excursions to Martha's Vineyard. Thanks guys👍 God bless you all🙏🙏🙏

Worst place I've ever stayed at. It was cheep but so was service and kindness. My youngest daughter got sick on her bed. I had called down to the office to try and get a extra sheet or blanket but I was rudely told that they only stock for the rooms and couldn't help. A sheet ?? Not to mention that the beds didn't come equipped with adequate bedding to begin with. Found myself driving to a local store to purchase a throw to sleep with. Next morning We where woken up by someone screaming at my door. Found out I hadn't put a do not disturb sign. He didn't speak English so for 2 hours he kept coming back to tell me to put it on. It was 8 am and we where all sleepy eyed from the long night Prior and I had no idea what he wanted and why he was screaming. I'm really not someone who writes bad about "not so great service." This place was just terrible and wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

$60 a night... but only to sleep and go... It is very dingy... Not clean; the sheets look like they were never changed only because I found eyelash hair on the pillow. The front desk was polite. I'm just saying if the ferry cancels on you due to weather and need a place to crash... Choose a much cleaner hotel! $60 isn't cheap for a CLEAN ROOM/BATHROOM! Maybe it looks old inside too... It smells like cigaretts and its supposed to be a non smoking room. Oh and be sure to have $100 cash for a deposit... They will give it back in the morning. I am Happy that I got a room for the night because I pretty much didn't have anywhere else to stay due to weather changes. Although dingy, dirty, old looking rooms, walls need to be done, bathroom needs to be done, I would say it is safe. Not noisy, and they said they have free breakfast but I'm a bit afraid to go see lol. I will though😉 I travel A Lot and I have seen many hotels and the 2☆ that I may have visited in the past are way nice/cleaner than this; if you ask me are like 3☆ compared to this one. I am not complaining though because I am happy to have a bed to lay on but I just want travelers to know exactly what you're getting into. Oh the room service phone doesn't work lol. Nothing in the room to tell you wifi password, had to call on my phone after looking it up on google lol 😂... Front desk did tell me the password (It waz written behind the room door card/keys holder; I didn't understand his handwriting😂 lol) I just got to laugh about it... Oh well I hope this helps someone🤷🙄

Good stay. Stayed a few nights. Clean room, friendly staff. Decided free breakfast. Good wifi. Oh nice indoor pool. Heated too!
