Very basic hotel was reasonably priced for this time of the year. Has a pool but was closed for the season. The free breakfast is not really breakfast. Packages muffins and pastries with coffee and 2 serials to choose from. I would stay here again for a quick weekend visit.

Being a super 8, I wasn't expecting too much. however 2 things happened that really set me off. We arrived in late, around 1 or 2 in the morning, looking for a room and were very thankful that they accommodated us. About an hour later I called the front desk to ask for a later check out. The man on the phone yelled at me and said "I already checked you in late, I was sleeping and you woke me up, no late check out." I'm sorry, but your staff sleeps on the clock? What if there was an emergency? So you're sleep is more important than your guests safety? And you're yelling at me for waking you up? That set me off. So in the morning I called back to ask again. The same guy answered, he said "no" and then "I can give you 11:30". I said fine and went back to bed, only to be woken up by a phone call. They asked "how many people are in the room, two people already left the room today." He started to yell at me again, as I explained to him that someone came to pick up my friend. You have people watching who goes in and out of my room? I work in the industry and the behavior of the staff was so unprofessional. You're supposed to make the guest feel welcomed, not like a criminal.

The pictures you have advertised on the website is nothing like the actual rooms. There were stains on the floor, the bed is rock hard and very low to the floor. Also the furniture in the rooms have seen better days. It's very old and dingy looking. The pool looks like it hasn't been kept up. It's very dirt looking. My view from the back window looks like it was in a horror movie. A run down shed/barn. I definitely won't be staying here again. Also I think you need to check for bedbugs. I feel like I am getting bit all over my body.

We had two rooms and both were falling apart. Rooms: Under our beds we found empty beer bottles. Wall paper was patched and ripped. Mold started to grow on the window seals and other areas. Have to wait 5 minutes for hot water. Always have to ask for extra towels because they never equipped the room sufficiently. I don't know for sure if there are bed bugs, but over a week we all had little red bites on our skin. Room service: Know little to no English and just walk in, we ask them to come a bit later because the times were super inconvenient, they never came back. Kitchen: What kitchen? three tables next to the front desk. Breakfast consists of frozen butter, old cereal and concentrate juice. Big+ they have a microwave!

I nice place for the money. I would not recommend if your plan is relax in the hotel. However a place to crash close enough to the beach its a great place. Definitely not a luxury hotel. It was clean and close to the beach if thats what your looking for then I highly recommend it.
