The only good thing about this hotel was the beds. Comfy and clean. The room itself was awful. Dirty looking, damp and needs repair. A fresh coat of paint hides nothing. Window locks didn’t work. Door didn’t close unless you shoved it. Definitely disappointed. We expected better from a hotel under the Wyndham umbrella.
The motel is located in an area close to restaurants and is good for walking during the day but at night it becomes dangerous due to the large number of homeless people there so lock your car. The pool and sauna were closed for years, and there is no elevator so it is not suitable for those with special mobility needs or heavy bags. The bathroom only has one sink and no hair dryer. When we booked this hotel as a family of 5 we got two queen beds and a sofa the first time but the second time we didn't get a sofa so we had to pay extra for a bed for my child which was not comfortable as the room was small and didn't fit the bed easily. The price of the room is more than the quality of the room or the hotel. The room windows were not soundproof so we could hear cars at night, even though there was a loud window air conditioners. Beds were comfy and staff were kind. The room was stinky and floors were stained. Definitely not worth the money they charge.
This is my first time staying in a travel lodge, paid $200 something dollars for 1 night. Did not expect the state of the room. It is disgusting. Room is very dated. Area feels unsafe. I do not recommend this place. Only good thing is, it is close to a Mcdonalds.
Old and dated, rugs are filthy. People running up and down the hall all night. Man banging on our door at 4 a.m., thought our room had been assigned to him. Very violent. Poor check-in service, keys did not work. Bathroom and towels clean but very small. Would never recommend staying here. No security, no control of guests.
We checked in here today for 4 Rooms and upon opening the door of our rooms 108, 109,110 and 111 the smell is very disgusting!!!! Looks too old especially the carpet has stains and I can't described how bad the smell are. The window has molds. My daughter has Asthma. Tried to talk ko receptionist if we can transfer to another Better room but she didn't allow us. So disappointed. Very bad experience.
