I needed a PCR test to fly back home to the UK. My appointment was at 9 AM. I paid $295, had the test administered, and was out of there in about 10 mins total. Staff were very efficient and friendly. I got my test result 26.5 hours later and a follow up call after that to confirm that I received the certificate. 10/10 would recommend.
I had a very quick turnaround where I needed to get a COVID-19 test before a flight. Penny helped me and the entire process was very professional and quick.
Try to book an appointment, after 40min of waiting they guys disconnected the call. If you guys are not able to book an appointments then why you guys are wasting our time.
Called twice, 45 minutes on hold each time. Then when it got to me -CLICK- was disconnected. Emailed them to get an appointment and was told via email when the next appointment was available but that it could only be made by phone ... ridiculous.
