Travel Best Bets

I realize now how much extra I paid for my trip. I will just book everything myself next time. I used an agent because I felt inexperienced and thought I would feel better if I had a contact should I require one ..I didn't feel better. I was shuffled around the office..never sure who I was dealing with. The price went up in the 2 hours that it took me to get a call back during the booking process. There was a booking fee! My trip was uneventful but the booking process was less than pleasant. I don't think they care about repeat business. And one more thing. The deals on the news look great but I can never find them on the website.

My partner and I were very happy with our travel agent Odette. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to explain things to us very well as well as help us book our Hawaiian trip quick and painless. We will not hesitate to book another trip with her again in the future! 10/10 😊

I am so sick of these guys. They advertise specials on Global TV and then you can NEVER find them on the website. It's almost a bait and switch. I have actually called them to ask about the special, and they answer "they made a mistake" and Global News had the wrong information. Beware too, their "2 for 1" deals for China. If you search for the same tours you can find them at half the price elsewhere. Inflating the price and then offering a discount is a classic.

Was not impressed with my agent. When my tickets and package arrived, I would have thought it would have included a note, thanking me for my business, any questions, have a nice trip, etc. Nothing.

I won a contest through Travel Best Bets a few years ago, all the details were covered, great company....
