This place is unreal. A few months ago I talked to one of the girls just for information (letting her know ahead of time I wouldn't be booking anything), and she was so incredibly helpful. The whole agency's kindness and patience, as well as general knowledge and accommodation has blown me away.
I ended up using them later on to book a Euro-trip and had seamless flights and stays.
Last week, I recommended Vesna Travel to my friend who is coming to visit from Montreal this Christmas, as he was getting frustrated with the lack of ANY deals on domestic flights (he is originally from Montenegro and was also delighted to speak in both languages with the agents). Within the hour, he had flights booked that covered all of his conditions, and had texted me in a fit of joy to gush about how useful they were for the whole trip in general. 
I have since followed these guys on Facebook and have been tempted more than once to take them up on some incredible deals to places all over as well; I have recently been in touch to get some information for a future trip and continue to be impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they are.
