Made a call to Toronto location and got transferred to Vancouver branch.. Asked info about flying to US regarding covid 19 preparation. Impolite response and not known.. Asked 1st whether tickets were purchased from them or not. And tried to avoid clear answers say new to the position.. which not understood.. No knowledge to help clients and selling tickets only in purpose for profit..
