Isabelle and Marion run a very good facility. The property is always clean and safe. They are both very knowledgeable. Always helpful. Highly recommend this storage facility in New Westminster. I would rate above 5 Stars!! Thank you for your service!

Wonderful business to deal with. I have had storage here for 2 1/2 years and am so glad this is where I went. Office & storage buildings are spotless. Owners are so friendly and helpful. They have always accommodated my frequent needs to change units without added fees for inconvenience to them. Isabelle always remembers my name even if I haven't been there for many months. You can also pay your bill online which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

I called the number on the website for The new Westminster location and a guy named Maroun answered. He explained everything to me in details. He demonstrated great customer service. He’s friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend this site to anyone who’s looking for a storage that is reasonably priced. Not to mention the outstanding service they provide.

Fantastic staff that are very friendly and helpful with excellent prices! They even helped save me some money, which is always fantastic! I would 100% use their location again and highly recommend you use Public Storage for your future needs! :D

Maroun and Isabelle are amazing! Professional and efficient service, always willing to work with us if there’s any issues (financial etc). The first month promo for $1 helped us out when we were in desire need of storage. Very happy with this company and the employees. Would recommend over other storage companies that we have used in past. Thank you PS!
