First off why have someone in the front if they hate dealing with people? My boyfriend and I have a trip booked through a different agency, we wanted to enquire about the price difference between companies. What's the harm right? Well obviously we inconvienenced her Facebook time because the second we walked in we felt unwelcome. We started talking about what we booked and she cut us off in the most condescending voice questioning us if we knew she was a travel agency. Clearly we knew that that's why we went in. We were so taken back by her tone we just said she didn't have to be so rude and left. She needs to work in the back and keep her snarl away from potential customers.

When it comes to making travel plans I will only deal with Melanie Johnston. She provides the highest level of service and truly goes above and beyond for her clients.
