Flight Centre Mill Woods

Went to Flight Centre to help us plan our winter getaway, and got a wonderful employee by the name of Aria Rose. She was very helpful and actually took the time to get to know us and by that it made our experience more personal. She was very honest about certain destinations and really listed about what we were looking for and helping us stay within our budget. She was so great to even follow up with us after we had gotten back to make sure our vacation was everything we wanted and more. Very professional and would recommend to use her as a travel agent!

Aria Rose , has sent me and my husband on 2 amazing trips in 2018 one in which was our Honeymoon. Our honey moon was everything we wanted and more. She really listens to what you are looking for and gives you ideas of things you never thought of. Her professionalism and dedication to make sure your trip is smooth and enjoyable is so appreciated. I have been dealing with Flight Centre in Millwoods for the past year now and Aria Rose has been absolutely amazing in helping plan our trips! She helped my friends and I plan my bachelorette trip in Dominican Republic last May and has also helped plan a girls trip this spring for us as well! In the span of a two week period my travel agent Blair Pearson helped me successfully book four different trips, of all different types and all to different locations. He helped me orchestrate a suprise Birthday trip for my wife and I to New York City, book a family trip to Phoenix, setup the best flight path possible for me to New Zealand and helped me plan an unreal bachelor party for 10 guys to Cabo. Blair has pretty much been everywhere, and has a ton of experience that is completely invaluable when booking any and every type of vacation. In addition, the whole time we were working on these trips he was able to keep all of them completely organized, and he worked diligently to totally capture what i was trying to achieve in every instance. His attention to detail and customer service are truly second to none, and I will definitely be using him for all of my trips moving forward! I can't thank him enough for making my experience truly enjoyable and highly effective, and I look forward to working with him and his team again soon!

Aria booked our family booked a vacation last week and this is the second year we have done so through her. She is such a sweet and friendly person, and very knowledgeable on all fronts when it comes to all my travelling questions. I was thrilled because she saved me hours of research, had I booked this vacation on my own. Excellent customer satisfaction!!

Service was excellent. My travel agent David was great and very helpful in finding and booking all bookings that were within my lower budget. Very reasonable flights and great accommodations at a newly renovated Comfort Inn Hotel, a perfect location. It was within short walking distance of everything too, Perfect! Thankyou Flight Center for your wonderful service and helping make my trip so much more enjoyable. Will definitely be making another booking soon.

Went to see if someone could help me figure out best place to stay in Cuba. Thank God it was Blair I asked! He directed me to Roc Barlovento. It was a very good all inclusive Hotel. After I bought my ticket I had a couple of questions, I emailed Blair and he got back to me. Then a couple of days before I left for my trip he called me to ask if I had any last minute questions. No one's ever done that before! Good customer service, Blair! I will positively recommend you.

First, Jared answered our call on a Sunday evening. He had our trip completely planned and booked by early the next week. He personally called every car rental agency in Halifax trying to secure a vehicle for rental as there was not one single car in the entire city of Halifax due to pride week. We will be calling Jared well in advance for our next trip. He booked our trip and saved us tons of time and made the process much easier on us!

My husband and I both enjoyed a great Hawaii vacation which was planned for us through Flight Centre in Mill Woods Shopping Centre. Everything went well, hotel was great, close to the beach at a reasonable cost. Also my son booked me a vacation to Mexico through the Flight Centre, Such a great vacation package, I look forward to booking more vacation packages.
